Verify your Tracking Number and if ever there is a mistake then please contact us. Mistakes do occur with shipments and they are mostly attributed to human error. If this is the case, there may be a delay of 1-3 days.
Yes. We strive to make all of our customers happy and we understand that some customers may not want to sign for their package, however, we cannot insure your order if this option is not selected. You will see a check box at checkout to choose whether you want this option or not.
